Shipping quilts across the country?

I’m going to need to ship a quilt across the country soon… How do I do it? Insurance? Delivery confirmation? UPS 2nd Day Air so I can track its every move? FedEx?

I’m not sure the best way to do it… I’ll share pictures of this one soon…. It’s a beauty. It’s over 2/3 quilted now; I’ll probably finish up the quilting on it tomorrow. Yay!!

Then I just have to bind it, label it, and put on a hanging sleeve. Hmmm…. wonder where I put the fabrics for that?
